Delivery Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased from Best Vision Eye Care Center.

  1. Delivery Time

Delivery times for prescription glasses, frames, and contact lenses may vary depending on the type of product, laboratory, and availability.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by external laboratories, manufacturers, insurance companies, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Best Vision Eye Care Center.

  1. Patient Notification

Patients will be notified by phone call, text message, or email once their order is ready for pickup.

It is the patient’s responsibility to keep contact information up to date.

  1. Product Pickup

All orders must be picked up in person at Best Vision Eye Care Center unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Valid identification may be required at the time of pickup.

Products will not be released to third parties without prior patient authorization.

  1. Shipping (If Applicable)

In approved cases, products may be shipped to the address provided by the patient.

Best Vision Eye Care Center is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Once the product is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  1. Unclaimed Products

Products not picked up within 60 days of notification may be subject to storage fees or disposal, as permitted by law.

No refunds will be issued for unclaimed products.

  1. Verification at Delivery

Patients must inspect their products at the time of delivery.

Any issues must be reported immediately or within 48 hours of receipt.

  1. Policy Acknowledgment

By making a purchase at Best Vision Eye Care Center, the patient acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Delivery Policy.
