Card Payment Regulations

Visa
In accordance with Visa regulations, all card transactions are subject to approval by the
issuing bank. The merchant does not control authorizations, declines, disputes, or
chargebacks, which are determined by the issuer pursuant to Visa policies.

MasterCard
Pursuant to MasterCard regulations, all card payments are subject to validation and
approval by the issuing bank and governed by the applicable card network rules.

American Express
According to American Express policies and regulations, all transactions are subject to
approval by the card issuer. American Express administers dispute and chargeback
processes in accordance with its terms and conditions.

Medical Financing – CareCredit
Payments made using CareCredit are subject to credit approval and the terms and
conditions of the CareCredit program. CareCredit administers financing plans, promotional
offers, and any disputes related to credit transactions.
