Return and Refund Policy
This policy establishes the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds of products and services provided by Best Vision Eye Care Center.
- Prescription Eyeglasses
Prescription eyeglasses are NOT refundable and NOT exchangeable, as they are custom-made based on the patient’s prescription.
Adjustments, repairs, or replacements will only be provided if Best Vision Eye Care Center is directly responsible for a manufacturing error or prescription error.
Any issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Frames
Frames are NOT refundable and NOT exchangeable.
Replacements or corrections will only be considered if Best Vision Eye Care Center is responsible for a manufacturing defect or error.
Returns will not be accepted due to change of mind, personal preference, or misuse.
- Contact Lenses
Contact lenses are NOT refundable and NOT exchangeable, whether boxes are opened or unopened.
Replacements will only be considered if there is a verified error caused by Best Vision Eye Care Center.
Issues must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
- Eye Exams and Professional Services
Eye exams and professional services are NOT refundable once performed.
Patients may request a re-evaluation at no additional charge within 30 days of the service if there are concerns regarding the exam.
- Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if Best Vision Eye Care Center is fully responsible for the error or issue.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Processing time may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the financial institution.
- Exceptions and Discretion
Best Vision Eye Care Center reserves the right to evaluate each case individually.
Requests that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted.
- Policy Acknowledgment
By purchasing products or receiving services at Best Vision Eye Care Center, the patient acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.
